1. Titulación: Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering
2. Experiencia: several years of knowledge in plant engineering and construction, preferably in Hydrogen & Synthesis Gas Plants
3. Tareas:
- Responsability for product portfolio of company´s Hydrogen and Synthesis Gas plants
- Initiate and coordinate the standardization and improvement activities (life cycle management)
- Identify measures to increase competitiveness and quality of plants
- Coordination of continuous improvement of workflows and tool-kits and roll-out to the various plants
4. Conocimientos:
- EPC Project management in international, multi-disciplinary teams
- Ability to lead change management
- Ability to lead meetings and prepare presentations for top management
5. Idiomas: Inglés mínimo nivel C1 (very good)
6. Carnet de conducir: sí - B
Lugar de trabajo: Alemania, with frequent travelling worldwide

Requisitos:
1. Titulación: Master in process Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2. Experiencia:
- minimum 10 years of experience in execution of international projects towards process plants (contract volume minimum 100 mio Euro)
- experience in leadership of international, decentralized and multicultural teams
3. Tareas:
- Full responsibility for engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of large plants on a global level
- Development and implementation of project strategies and execution plan
- Management of contractual partners
- Steering of cost, schedule and quality over all global entities involved
- Risk and change management
- Participation in development and implementation of QHSE program
- Customer focused appearance and active relationship management
4. Conocimientos:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of commercial procedures
- High negotiation skills
- Sound knowledge of the gas industry

- Coordination of the global construction team

- Risk management and implementation of mitigating actions

- Prepare and check construction cost estimates
