Las promociones de Ciencia y Tecnología de los Alimentos (2010-2012) y Nutrición Humana y Dietética (2009-2012) organizan el curso "Alimentos, algo más que nutrientes". El curso está coordinado por profesores del Departamento de Nutrición y Bromatología y será impartido del 28 de noviembre al 2 de diciembre de 16:00 a 20:00 en el Aula Magna de la Facultad de Farmacia. Tasks: The European Engineering Development Programme is structured to develop members of our world class, multi-disciplined engineering team and to encourage C.Eng or EuroEng status within 5 years as the schemeis accredited by the IChemE. This is achieved through focused graduate training and experience, which commences with three 1 year assignments in related engineering disciplines, and is followed by one further career move over two years. Senior management sponsors the programme and you will be assigned an experienced chartered engineer to mentor and guide you through your choice of assignments.

Oferta de Contrato de Investigación

El Laboratorio de Estudios Cristalográficos del Instituto Andaluz de Ciencias de la Tierra, Centro mixto del CSIC y la Universidad de Granada anuncia un contrato de Ingeniero Químico para trabajar en un proyecto de investigación en el área de Cristalización Industrial de cargas minerales. El proyecto está asociado a una empresa del sector existiendo la posibilidad de incorporación a la misma a la finalización del contrato. Se requiere experiencia en I+D, conocimientos de informática e idioma inglés. Los interesados deben enviar su CV y datos de contacto al Dr. Jaime Gómez Morales.

Wetsus Water Challenge

The Wetsus Water Challenge (Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, 12-16 March, 2012) is a 4 day program where we invite master students who would like to do a PhD research in water technology. The research program of Wetsus is divided in three research areas (Clean water technology, Waste water technology, and Sensoring). You can apply when you have a Master degree or equivalent (a 4 year program) or going to have a master degree in 2012/2013. The educational background that is of interest for us is Environmental technology, Chemical technology, Membrane technology, Process technology, Chemistry, Physics and/or Microbiology / biotechnology. If you are interested in doing a PhD in The Netherlands we ask you to apply for this 4 day program.As a participant in the Challenge, you will show your qualifications and competences, learn about the Wetsus way of doing research and experience the city of Leeuwarden

In order to join, you can send your motivation letter and CV before 1 March 2012. Within 2 weeks you will receive an answer. Your CV will include full contact details; education details containing at least university and specialization; (expected) graduation date (month / year). The Challenge pays the hotel and all the meals during this program. Your travel expenses can be claimed at Wetsus up to a maximum of EUR 500.
