Job Description
- To develop and implement local projects focused on process performance improvement and production cost reduction
- To improve process yield through current process parameters tuning
- To evaluate and perform basis design for equipment revamping and plant debottlenecking
- To scout and evaluate new reaction and separation technologies to by applied for the current product portfolio
- To define and evaluate the proper reaction technology to be applied for the new molecules
- To define and establish the proper criteria and tools for comparing current and new technologies in terms of product cost, sustainability, throughput and flexibility
- Chemical engineering degree
- English fluency is mandatory.
- Minimum experience of 5 years performing chemical engineering improvements in a similar industry (Pharma, Cosmetics, Food, Fragrances, Fine Chemicals, Bulk Chemicals, Petrochemicals).
- Experience on pilot plant and manufacturing scale plant process improvement, design and scale up of reaction technologies and distillation units will be valuable
