Profile Eulen International area: Position: Facility Manager / Project Manager
 Maintenance Job Description:
 Develop and coordinate the range of services in international environments. Manage the human and material resources to ensure the optimal functioning of the activities place at the facilities: maintenance, civil works, site management, cleaning, security, gardening and acquisitions and management contracts and public services and communications infrastructure. Implementation of policies and procedures related to contracts. Control of the operating account services and direct dialogue with customers.Direct and coordinate services planned installation and maintenance works according to the technical regulations in force in the country where the activity takes place. Education: Superior Technical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Industry Engineering or similar.Postgraduate training in Facility Manager or Project Manager.Technical training in maintenance of facilities and technical knowledge of legal regulations and modifications and construction of civil works. Job Requirements: Ø  At least 5 years of experience like Facility Manager or Project Manager.
Ø  English Advanced level or bilingual. Be valued other languages​​ for example Russian.
Ø  Availability to work abroad.
Ø  Person organized, negotiation and communication skills, versatility of functions, initiative, flexibility and availability for the resolution of contingencies after hours.
