Wetsus Water Challenge

The Wetsus Water Challenge (Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, 12-16 March, 2012) is a 4 day program where we invite master students who would like to do a PhD research in water technology. The research program of Wetsus is divided in three research areas (Clean water technology, Waste water technology, and Sensoring). You can apply when you have a Master degree or equivalent (a 4 year program) or going to have a master degree in 2012/2013. The educational background that is of interest for us is Environmental technology, Chemical technology, Membrane technology, Process technology, Chemistry, Physics and/or Microbiology / biotechnology. If you are interested in doing a PhD in The Netherlands we ask you to apply for this 4 day program.As a participant in the Challenge, you will show your qualifications and competences, learn about the Wetsus way of doing research and experience the city of Leeuwarden
In order to join, you can send your motivation letter and CV before 1 March 2012. Within 2 weeks you will receive an answer. Your CV will include full contact details; education details containing at least university and specialization; (expected) graduation date (month / year). The Challenge pays the hotel and all the meals during this program. Your travel expenses can be claimed at Wetsus up to a maximum of EUR 500.
